My path into Holistic Healing has been a natural extension of both my personal life and my career. I’ve always been intuitive, a little unconventional, an introvert, and a lifelong student of nature.

Over 25 years ago, I started out my career in Aesthetics' as an Aesthetician working for well-renowned spas in New York and South Carolina. Working with celebrities and prominent figures in the world of beautification. I felt a nudge from God to do more; I had aspirations for furthering my career in Aesthetics and journeyed through nursing school, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina-Aiken. For more than 18 years I’ve worked as a Registered Nurse across many healthcare settings and patient advocacy roles. I began my career in my comfort zone—medical laser clinics and plastic surgery practices, performing aesthetic treatments as an RN. But once again, God redirected me. I felt a clear nudge: go deeper, learn more, step into the hospital, gain experience, meet people where they truly are. Use your gift of connecting 1:1. Care for the hurting. Care for the sick.

Those 18+ years shaped me profoundly. I built real relationships with patients and families, developed a deep understanding of the human body, and saw firsthand the struggles people face when navigating their health.

My deeper shift toward Natural and Holistic Medicine began with a lifelong interest in nature, healing traditions, and approaches outside the mainstream. My Native American ancestry has always kept me close to natural therapies and the teachings of the earth. I have a profound interest in how ancient cultures lived, herbal medicine and the unfolding of traditional (herbal) spirit led medicine transformed to conventional medicine which is the norm today. Nearly a decade ago, after walking through several challenges in my own life, I experienced what many call a “dark night of the soul.” For me, it was a profound reconnection with the Divine, with God and all of creation. During that season of spiritual and emotional healing, I began to understand the body, mind, spirit, and nature as a fully interconnected whole. And again, I felt God speaking to me.

I believe Spirit moves through every cell in the body, every emotion in the heart, and in the vibration of all living things. It’s present in the water we drink, the herbs we take, and every breath we inhale. That belief guided me to pursue formal studies in Natural Medicine. I completed my Doctorate in Natural Medicine, Holistic Medicine, and Spiritual Medicine through the Rockwell School of Holistic Medicine in Sarasota, Florida. I also continued my education in Astro-Herbalism, bringing together plant wisdom with the cosmic rhythms of creation (a theme I explore in my book, where I connect astrology, ancient cultures, and biblical scripture).

When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my vibrant 10-year-old son, enjoying my family, or loving on my two dogs and one cat. I find joy in oil painting, caring for my home and yard, and studying herbal medicine, which remains my greatest passion. My love for Jesus and God guides every part of my life and my practice, forming the spiritual foundation of the care I offer.
